Cairns Volleyball Association (CVA) has been facilitating the majority of structured volleyball throughout
Far North Queensland (FNQ) since the 1970's. We are the most northern affiliate of Volleyball Queensland
and host a majority of competitions for both Beach and Indoor Volleyball in FNQ.

Mission
Cairns Volleyball Association seeks to increase the participation in volleyball of all genders, ethnicities
and where possible close the gap between First Nations peoples and others in FNQ using sport participation.
The association will continue to provide access to the sport of volleyball for social/ competitive participation,
whilst having pathways and support for those who have the ability to represent the region/ state.
